Step inside and you’re immediately welcomed by a bright, open living space built for gathering. Whether you’re starting your morning with coffee before the parks or winding down after a full day of adventure, the open-concept layout keeps everyone connected and comfortable.
What truly sets this home apart are the incredible themed bedrooms. Kids and adults alike will be amazed by the hand-crafted designs, including a vibrant Encanto-inspired room and a beautifully detailed Moana-themed escape. Every space has been thoughtfully created to bring imagination to life and make your stay feel truly special.

The beach-themed game room is perfect for friendly competition with a pool table and air hockey, while additional themed spaces throughout the home offer unique places to relax and recharge. The covered, southwest-facing pool area offers one of the most secluded outdoor spaces in the community—perfect for soaking up the Florida sun, enjoying a refreshing swim, or relaxing poolside with your favorite drink. Pool heat is available for $30 per day and can be arranged prior to your stay so everything is ready when you arrive.
