“Kam III” beach is a protected, warm-water swimming and snorkeling paradise, with a vibrant reef and a known hangout for algae-munching sea turtles. Hike a couple hundred yards South, and you will access Keawakapu Beach, the gateway to the Wailea resorts.
Everything is fresh, new, and high-end. A completely new kitchen was equipped to prepare and serve your island feast, with help from the gas grill below. Coffee maker, blender, and other small appliances are included.
Upscale tropical furnishings create a luxurious and comfortable seating area, and the condo hosts six comfortably. Premium cable and lightning-fast Wi-Fi are included. Free assigned parking is convenient to the elevator.
The air-conditioned master bedroom features a king size bed. The second bedroom, which is also air-conditioned, features two twin beds that can be converted to a king (shown in the listing photos). A new queen-sized sleeper sofa provides accommodations for additional guests. Both bathrooms have been updated with tiled shower/tubs. There is not an AC unit in the living room area.
The owners have thought of everything to create your ultimate Maui adventure. There are beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and cooler for your on-the-sand adventures just across the street. Maui Parkshore is located in the heart of South Kihei's amazing beach culture, and three blocks from the Wailea resorts.
