Positive: Palace 2313 was clean and decorated very nicely. The unit was very spacious and located in walking distance to a grocery store. Great parking with inside parking deck. Myrtle Beach is not the Myrtle Beach I remembered coming to for many years. Would stay at this property again if I felt Myrtle Beach was safe and free of violent crime and marijuana smoke. The nicest room I have stayed at during my stays at Myrtle Beach. Awesome views from both balconies. This will be my last trip to Myrtle Beach.

Negative: The property was awesome, Room 2313, but Myrtle Beach is unsafe to vacation for families. This will be my last trip to Myrtle Beach, it’s not so family friendly anymore. The room was awesome and no fault to the owners for how Myrtle Beach is unsafe to stay any longer for families and law abiding citizens who don’t want to be robbed or smell marijuana smoke.

Summary: This unit was fantastic, outside of your room, especially at night is unsafe at Myrtle Beach.
