Ambers Beach House offers boutique pet friendly accomodation in the vibrant village of Sawtell.
Our home is a unique architecturally designed 70's beach house, which has been appointed in a relaxed coastal style, and is set in lush sub tropical gardens.
We are a relaxed and laid back pet and family friendly bed and breakfast , where your every need has been anticipated.
We only accept one booking for the property at any one time,(A Maximum group of 4 with pets) .
Our property is fully fenced and features a guest library, original open fire place (wood supplied), lounge and dining areas. Choose from indoor and outdoor dining options. There is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and BBQ.
We welcome your dog inside and they can relax as if they were at home.
Ambers is close to unspoilt beaches, great dog friendly cafes, restaurants & bars , an Art Deco Cinema, Bongil Bongil National Park & the multi award winning Bonville International Golf resort.
We are located just 1km from the main street of Sawtell, which is an easy walk or short drive.
Enjoy the local dog friendly beach, or the northern end of Sawtell beach can be visited with your dog on leash.
There are many cafe choices in our tree lined main avenue where you and your dog can kick back and take in all the North Coast has to offer.
Ambers Beach House has two suites:
Longboard - balinese beach style
Summercloud - modern coastal style
The suites are designed to be private, with separate entrances and decks, perfect for couples or a group of 4.
Rates are based on 2 adults sharing one suite, if your group requires both suites we charge an additional 120.00 per night for the second suite.
Our amenities include ensuite bathrooms, a bar fridge, quality glassware, Will & Co coffee, and tea supplies.
Enjoy complimentary Netflix access, gourmet breakfast basket, dog treats on arrival, egyptian cotton sheets and towels.
