Our modern and spacious 3-bedroom, double-story townhouse is nestled opposite Dingley, just a 2-minute drive or a pleasant 10-minute stroll away, Dingley prides itself on its sense of community and serves as an excellent local village complete with cafes, shops, takeaways, a food shop, bakery, and more.
We are also a 7 minute drive to Mordialloc beach -this thriving beachside destination boasts a lively strip of shops featuring restaurants, bars, live music, delicious dining options.

The Space:
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting open-plan living space that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The layout is perfect for socializing and spending quality time with family and friends.

The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, making it a breeze to whip up delicious meals.

Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom with a king bed and a spacious ensuite.
