Summary: Casa Marta was a perfect home base for exploring the many beaches around Orosei. Claudio was an exceptional host, meeting us timely for check in, reviewing the particulars of the house, and providing great recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and outings. He was very responsive to any questions or needs (even dropping off an extra fan at our request).The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable, especially considering we were there during a particularly hot spell. The upstairs stayed cool during the day with the storm shutters closed and cooled quickly in the evenings with the breeze (screens helped keep any bugs at bay, though we saw few). The heat pump AC in the downstairs provided a cool respite when we returned from the beaches on the afternoons. Kitchen was well appointed, the beds and living room were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
