Outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted:

• Winter: skating on the lake, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, or ice fishing. (Note: no groomed trails or rinks — blaze your own trail!)

⚠️ Important Rules
Hébergia is committed to preserving the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Parties are strictly prohibited, and the number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in the agreement. We kindly ask that you maintain a reasonable noise level at all times. Any violation may result in immediate eviction and a $500 fee.
- Only reservations of 32 nights or more are permitted for this chalet. Bookings must not create gaps of 2 to 31 nights between stays, otherwise the reservation may be declined.
- This property is currently for sale. Please rest assured that all confirmed reservations will be fully honored, even in the event of a transaction.
- As part of the sales process, visits by real estate agents may be required. These will always be carefully scheduled, and a minimum of 48 hours’ notice will be provided to ensure your comfort and peace of mind.
Arrivals and departures are not permitted on Saturdays.
