Located in the La Châtre en Berry area, rich in history and literary heritage, the house is the perfect starting point for discovering George Sand's house in Nohant, strolling through the picturesque market of Saint-Août (on Tuesdays), exploring the charming village of Lys-Saint-Georges, or venturing into the wild landscapes of the Brenne Regional Natural Park. A trip to Bourges, a city of art and history, will pleasantly round off your stay. This detached cottage, partially on one level, opens via three steps onto a bright living area comprising a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming dining area, and a comfortable lounge. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm), the other with two single beds. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower for optimal comfort, and the toilet is separate.
Heating is provided by an oil-fired boiler.
