The entire Heritage House is for you to enjoy, out of which are 4 lockable bedrooms with the 5th Large bedroom easily being converted into a bedroom from the separate living space when needed. This way guests have more options. There is a spacious kitchen with 4 seater dining set, a cozy lounge/separate dining area with 6 seater dining set, 3 toilets including 2 full bathrooms and 1 separate toilet in the laundry area. The main bathroom has a single-person jet-spa bath. One of the full bathrooms can be converted into an ensuite as it has locked doors to both the bedroom and lounge area. There is a separate laundry, front and back yards, undercover car park with free off-street parking in a cul-de-sac. You can park 2 cars in the driveway, and it is also free street parking anywhere around the premises - you'll be able to find a space to park even if you have a caravan.

In the house, we also have central ducted heating and cooling, an old piano, fireplaces, and a kid's soccer table for your enjoyment.

This is a House with Fig Tree, Lemon Tree, Apple Tree, Orange Tree, Pear Tree, and Grapevines at its front and back yards. We don't put nets on the trees so you will see many different birds, especially the colorful Australian parrots visiting our backyards, and also as a result many of the trees will have half-eaten fruits from the birds. We figured you would have enjoyed this aspect more so than the kilos of fruits we have and not know what to do with them! :-)

Fitzroy and North Adelaide are prime suburbs and have very nice houses and quiet streets. You are welcome to take a stroll after dinner or go for a run in the morning to ensure the lovely neighbourhood. Neighbours are also extremely nice.

It is also within walking distance to North Adelaide Aquatic Center. O'Connell St and Prospect Road all have lovely restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc walking distance or simply hop on a bus at the front of the house.
