Enjoy a swim in the sparkling beach entry, solar heated pool - just perfect for little ones. Meander through the beautiful trees along a winding path to the 6 person electric heated spa and BBQ hut. Or enjoy alfresco living on the deck inspired by Eastern/Balinese decor. With wooden shutters, oversized fan and a huge modular lounge. This is truly resort-style living! Also plenty of room to park a boat or jetski in the long driveway with big front gates so you are secure. Ducted heating throughout the property.

The stunning living, dining and kitchen area, overlooks the beautiful gardens and anchors the open plan living with a private deck at the entrance. The home offers contemporary and modern furnishings throughout, complete with 2 comfortable leather lounges positioned around a smart TV with Netflix, dining table for 8 guests, timber floorboards, reverse cycle air-conditioning unit, plantation shutters, and all the latest appliances.
For those guests wanting their own space, the garage has been cleverly converted into an additional entertainment / games room. This fantastic zone will certainly impress the young and old at heart! Complete with Table Tennis Table, Pool Table, Foosball Soccer Table, and Air Hockey Table. Absolutely perfect for keeping kids entertained for hours, decorated with comfy chairs, games, toys, bar fridge, and an amazing colourful mural that just sets the mood to chill out and have fun! On a sunny day, you can even pop outside and enjoy a game of Croquet or Bocce on the lawn.

Bedroom 1 - The Master Suite includes a Queen Size Bed, ceiling fan and Ensuite with shower and toilet

Bedroom 3 - includes a Double Size Bed and Single Bed, with ceiling fan
There is also a central Bathroom, again with Balinese Decor, toilet, shower and a gorgeous bath.
