Positive: The apartment was clean, the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and had a lovely little balcony where I ate my breakfast in the morning.

Negative: During our stay we noticed somebody kept leaving things to prop open the main entrance door to the apartment block which concerned me a bit as I value security and I like to know who is coming in and out of the building in stating in. On the day we were leaving someone kept ringing our buzzer and then a man knocked on our door saying they he was the next guest and asked when we were leaving which I thought was strange since you're supposed to pick up the key from a shopkeeper around the corner and we still had half an hour until check out time. The only thing I will say about the apartment is that the bed is a top bunk and if you're not able bodied you might find it somewhat difficult to get up. The pillows, duvet and mattress however we're very comfortable. Some of the fixings looked a bit rickety like for instance a shelf in the kitchen and we noticed the right hand curtain pole bracket in the main window was literally hanging out when we first got there but somehow the thing still managed to stay up during the five days we were there. We made sure we were very careful when opening and closing the curtains in the morning and at night! I noticed the owners used standard wall plugs to screw the pole brackets to the wall instead of plasterboard fixings which is what they should've used because those particular walls are hollow plasterboard, not concrete. I noticed the curtain pole above the door to the balcony area has the same issue, the wall plugs holding in the screws on the curtain pole bracket were visibly beginning to loosen. These things need attention as nobody wants a curtain pole falling on their head! But apart from these small issues, our stay was very pleasant and relaxing and the owners were very helpful and accommodating. I thought the bottle of prosecco they left for us welcoming us to the apartment was a nice touch. Extra browny points for that! All in all we would be happy to come and stay again, we enjoyed our time there.
