The interior unit has the bedroom upstairs, accessed by a spiral staircase; everything else, including the bathroom, is downstairs. It offers a functional kitchen, a smart TV, and convenient access.

Designed on two levels, it measures approximately 40 m2 and has been meticulously designed and optimized to create a modern, cozy, and, above all, functional space.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and an electric stove where you can prepare your meals. Next to the living room, there is a high dining table where you can enjoy your meals. It is functional and features a staircase that leads up to the bedroom. The smart TV with included internet is functional and can be viewed from any angle in the bedroom.
Being located on the ground floor and next to the parking area, you will have independence and privacy from the rest of the building's residents. You will be able to access the apartment with a code that will be provided on the day of your arrival, of course, after meeting our staff in the building for the first time.
The bedroom is upstairs after the spiral staircase.
Everything else, including the restroom, is downstairs.
