Positive: Good transportation in walking distance. Victoria Park close for park run

Negative: Beds & sofas very uncomfortable. Place needs to be redecorated. Sensor lights in hallway & landings are too sensitive and too bright especially at night. Bigger table in dining room would have been good - no table to sit 5. Few homely touches would have been nice.

Summary: Functional, bit impersonal, feels a bit like a probation house rather than a family home
