The house is brand new, it offers 4 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms to comfortably fit 14 people:
MASTER BEDROOM: Located on the second floor with a king size bed, a large walk-in closet, full bathroom which includes a shower and a bathtub with a peaceful view of the lake. Inside the bedroom you will find a 58’’ TV, Sonos sound system which you can connect to your phone, home theater and a large balcony with a stunning view to the golf course and lake.
BEDROOM 2: Located next to the master bedroom. Equipped with two queen size beds, one full bathroom and a walk-in closet, as well as a 50’’ TV.
BEDROOM 3: Ideal for kids, with a queen size bed, a bunk bed and a queen size sofa-bed, you can fit up to 5 kids comfortably. It also has a full bathroom, closet and a 49’’ TV.
BEDROOM 4: Located downstairs, with a sliding door to the pool terrace and a relaxing view to the golf course and lake. With two queen size beds, a full bathroom, 2 closets and a 50’’ tv.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, gas oven, steam and multifunctional oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, a wide refrigerator, tableware and a large breakfast bar.
DINING ROOM: With a dining table for ten people and service stored next to it.
LIVING ROOM: In this relaxing area you can rest on two large sofas, enjoy watching the 60’ TV with home theater and Sonos sound system with a view to the pool, golf course and lake.
TERRACE: With a 14 m long salt water pool, BBQ grill, comfortable sunbeds and a charming outdoor dining table for six people.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Equipped with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing equipment and a closet.
NON ROOFED LAUNDRY YARD: With clotheslines to hang and dry your clothes and spacious room for storage.
PARKING: With wide roofed parking space for 2 cars and not roofed space for another 4.

SPORTS CLUB: Includes a professional size pool, kids pool and games area, gym with lockers, showers and sauna, yoga salon, spinning, billiards, ping pong, basketball, tennis, squash, pickleall, shuttleball and bocceball courts
PRIVATE BEACH CLUB: Located 1 km away from the house including a pool, restaurant and bathrooms with towels and showers.
Note: For an extra fee Sports Club and Private Beach Club are only available for guests who stay at least 2 weeks , as long as required info is sent. On the other hand, guests who stay less than two weeks cannot use Sports Club and Private Beach Club.
GOLF CLUB: With golf course view restaurant and Spa treatments. Positioned 10th in the best golf courses list of México. Equipment and golf tee times can be booked at the front desk, via pone or in El Tigre Golf Club website.
Note: Guests can use the Golf Club no matter the amout of days they stay. It´s prices are not included in rental fee.
