A lot of villages and towns hold a market each week, selling local and handcrafted produce. There are plenty of bars are restaurants within a 30 minute drive. The closest place vend Le Teilleul where there are 3 bars, 2 of which serve food. The other bar, Le Bar & Mad Hatters Tea Room serve a selection of beers, wines and spirits along with homemade cakes and hot drinks. In the larger towns, you will find larger supermarkets and a lot more choice of restaurants.
