2 Bedroom House with Kitchen, Laundry and Air Conditioner
Large Californian bungalow set on 16 acres and huge well established garden, fantastic for relaxing on the wide verandahs after a day of exploring the area. Huge bedrooms, main with ensuite and WIR, very large hallway leading to the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is a Baby Weber Q on the deck for all your BBQ needs and 2 sets of "chat" seating on the verandah.
Central to everything in Milawa, easy walk to the Milawa Cheese factory and Brown Brothers winery. King Valley vineyards an easy drive away.
Please note that the property has been tenanted for the last 6 years so it is in the process of being painted externally and a garden renovation is under way, much love is needed to get it back to its former glory. This will not affect in any way your stay as it is all cosmetic.
Pet friendly with secure fencing surrounding the house, although very small dogs may be able to get through the fencing, but they will have a lot of fun running around on a large garden. The property has horses on it, so if you bring your pets please ensure that they do not chase the horses. (Will not be liable for any vet bills if they get kicked and also you may be liable for vet bills if they injure the horses).
We are in a semi rural area, thus the neighbours also have stock (horses and cows) and in summer snakes may be present although I have never seen one personally.
Please bring your pets bedding with you, pets are not to go on the furniture on on the beds, being mindful of other guests who may have an allergy to pet hair.
