My beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect base when visiting Lisbon. Conveniently located in Laranjeiras and with great transport links, you’ll be right in the hub of the city but able to escape the hustle and bustle.

The living area is big, light and airy with beautiful, cozy design and lovely finishing touches. Hang out with your friends, make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back.

If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the beautiful and modern kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here.

Freshen up in the wonderful bathrooms - wake up in the mornings with a fantastic shower. White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided.
My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

## Access

You will have the whole place to yourself. We will provide you with the basic supplies for cooking and shower. The whole place is available.

My friends at Hostmaker are looking after my home while I am away; they are a short-lets management service team who know Lisbon like the back of their hand! ## Neighborhood

The apartment is located in Laranjeiras, which is a calm neighbourhood in Lisbon. You will be located in a charming area, with restaurants and cafés, and easy access to the main attractions of the city.
The neighbourhood is full of good restaurants. You should considerate: Marquês de Palma and Carvoeiro de Palma.
You will also find some typical bakeries around, like A Luz Ideal.

## Transit

Close to the apartment is the Laranjeiras subway station, part of the blue line - 10 minutes walking. From the airport you can take the subway directly to the flat, changing lines in São Sebastião. It will take 35 minute.
Taking the blue line it will take 15 minutes to Chiado and 5 minutes to the Lisbon Zoo.

The area is full of bus stations - 701, 726, 744, 755, 764, 768 and 799 - 5/10 minutes walking.

## Notes

- The flat capacity is for 4 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Most homes in Portugal don’t have central heating, but heaters and fans will be provided.
- It is fairly common in Lisbon for the electricity to trip if more than 2 high wattage electrical appliances are being used at the same time. Please keep this in mind when using appliances like heaters, washing machines, hairdryers, kettles, toasters, fans, etc.
- Guests will be charged €40 in case electricity trips due to overuse.
- If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a 50€ fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.
- There will be a €25 fee for check-ins before 8 am and after 8pm.
- Please note the water heater has limited capacity. Once the hot water runs out, it will take some time for the water to warm up.
- Please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters and fans) when you leave the apartment.
- City tax and ID: Government mandated city tax of €2 per person per day (except children under 12 years), will be charged to you at check-in and your Govt ID will be collected at check-in for submission to the authorities as required by local laws. Please note city tax is only applicable for a maximum of 7 days continuously, we do not accept cash.
