Positive: Exactly like the photos. Local and good location

Negative: Checking in - prior to leaving home was lots of photos and evidence to authenticate despite booking through booking.com - and being a genius level client with history. Messages, website forms to complete, photo evidence of passport and photo of myself and husband with the passport! Never had this before! Hassle to find key safe box and the door once inside! Lots of instructions, but could have said second door in the right - or flat 1 -would have been much clearer. When leaving - the key safe combination holder was no longer there - needed to communicate back and forth with agency to decided where to leave keys!

Summary: Sufficient, convenient and safe.
