The space
The living area boasts a large window to soak up incredible Harbour views, with private deck off the unit’s front door. There is a cozy electric fireplace for those cold nights, and a smart TV. Starlink Internet is available to keep you well connected while you work, if you must. There is also a heat pump in-unit to provide both primary heating and cooling.

The kitchen comes equipped with standard appliances: fridge, stove, dishwasher. You will find dishes, silverware, various utensils, Keurig coffee maker with a selection of k-pods, David’s Tea, a kettle, pots and pans for cooking or baking. Charcuterie board and a bed tray table help make a quiet night-in, enjoyable.

The main bedroom has a queen Tempurpedic mattress and the second bedroom adorned with two twin XLs with Kingsdown mattresses, accommodating up to four guests. You will notice log furniture, providing cozy lodge-feel comforts. With comfortable mattresses, variety of pillow types and authentic down duvets, we are confident that you will sleep well here!

No need to travel with some of your bathroom essentials. A hair dryer, and salon shampoo and conditioner await, along with body wash. Towels and wash cloths will be provided of course. There is an in-unit washer & dryer if needed, should you require a longer stay.

The outdoor space includes a private deck, private fenced area, yard space with an outdoor fireplace and Adirondack chairs with foot stools to kick up your feet. You will also find a newly constructed set of steps leading to the waterfront. Your deck is furnished with seating for four to enjoy everything this guesthouse has to offer. Outdoor BBQ in your fenced yard. Landscaping has begun summer 2023.
