The two floor duplex apartment is located on the noble floors of the building and can be reached by a private elevator. The apartment is completely renovated with modern comfort (full AC) although we restored all the historical features of the apartment. Sandstone walls, orinigal fire place, beams, etc.. Best craftmanship of France was used and we completed the decoration by Baccarat lamps, La Cornue "chef" stove and Houlès for the curtains. Antiques and silver ware are putting the finishing touch. The apartment is very quiet since there is no through traffic on Place Dauphine and you are nevertheless in the center of the city on Ile de la Cité. You can see Notre Dame from the windows and the walk to the Louvre takes 5 minutes. You are at equal distance from Le Marais and Saint Germain des Près and that walk takes 10 minutes. There are three metro stations right next to the building as well as a train to Versailles. Many good restaurants at Place Dauphine and at walking distance.

There is a toilet in this bathroom, so complete independant privacy for all the occupants. This second bedroom can also be reached by the front door of the 4th floor, so ideal for two couples or families. Both bedrooms as well as the living room have the main windows on the magical Place Dauphine. For larger parties, we added a sofa couch in the living room for 2 persons. But above all these material details, the important thing is that this rental is licensed and 100% legal.
