Positive: Very good location, everything in walking distance. Perfect communication, modern, very clean apartment, comfortable beds (all!), shampoo-shower gel-body lotion-coffee-tea-bisquits-mineral water free+welcome gift. I will definitely stay here again if return to Piacenza.

Negative: 2nd floor without lift, could be hard if you are older or hard to step up.
