Summary: Beware - there is no wifi! This is not obvious in the advertising. No TV channels - the smart TV needed wifi. There is no reception so arrivals and departures are haphazard. No breakfast available (by 0800 when I left). I was locked out of the main building in the morning so had to leave my key in the room and go without 'checking out'. Before arrival, I received a message to say there is no alcohol licence. The owner denied this and stated that this was not instigated by him and that alcohol was indeed available. Dinner was in an empty, dining room. The menu and service didn't inspire confidence so I ended up eating elsewhere. Renovations are ongoing. Paper on the floor in the bar etc. It is a shame as the room was nicely presented and the bed was comfortable. Too many problems to call it a 'hotel' I would use again or recommend to others.
