The cellar has a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining 4-person table and a 32” Smart TV signed into Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts at your complete disposal.

FIRST FLOOR
The first floor is divided into two different rooms:

- A space designed for our guests who might need to work comfortably

- A fully renovated bathroom with a deluxe crystal shower box

SECOND FLOOR
The night area represents the real gem of this house due to the handmade paintings that make it unique. The presence of the skylight and the French balcony confer a pleasant brightness during the daytime. At the same time, the blackout curtains always guarantee a peaceful rest.

The bedroom contains a King Size bed, made even more comfy by the memory foam mattress. Moreover, there is a large walk-in closet to store the clothes, and an extra compartment to place the luggage.

Again, a 43” Smart TV and a second climate system complete the picture.

The entrance to the residential complex is provided by an external gate, which gives access to the inner courtyard. Here, our guests will benefit from the free car parking at their exclusive use.

The property is indicated with a tag right by the security door.

The access by your own vehicle inside the housing context is allowed only and exlusively to the guests who send the photo of registration document / license plate within 24h from the check-in date, as it deals with a ZTL (limited traffic zone).

The appartment holds a strategic position, immediately next to bars, restaurants, chemists, tabacconists, fuel stations and any other facility. This is also the best choice for who wish to enjoy a lovely evening in the city center.

Close to the house, the station FNM and the bus stop allows to visit the neighbouring areas and the main touristic attractions, like Como and Milan.

Inside the housing complex, there is one private parking (outdoor) that is possible to use during the entire stay. Moreover, few minutes far, there are
several public free or time-disc parking spots available.
