Summary: We booked 2 double rooms for 2 nights. The check in procedure was all good a the staff very welcoming. We dined at the Resturant on the 1st night and the food was really good. The following morning we had breakfast which we pre ordered the night before which again was very tasty. We left the hotel around 11am to attend a wedding and didn’t return back until after midnight to find both bedrooms hadn’t been cleaned or beds made to our disappoint. Fresh towels had been left on the bed and that was it ! I did mention it the following morning and the lady just said “We are sorry about that” Not great getting into a unmade bed at midnight, for the price we paid I don’t think this is acceptable.
