Just a two-minute walk from the beautiful open beach, our newly (3years) constructed contemporary beach home offers a warm and cosy atmosphere. Take a deep breath and enjoy open plan living and large outdoor spaces with plethora of plants, summer at this beach house is picturesque. Relax in a hammock under a shade of a stunning tree canopy, have a picnic or enjoy an open outdoor fire pit.

The house can comfortably sleep 6 adults (3 beds) plus 2-children or 2 adults (one sofa bed), subject to your requirements.
The house offers a modern well-equipped kitchen, opened to a large northern deck. The natural materials and ample space provide comfort and ease, a perfect recipe for a great getaway.

Single level house consists of large master bedroom overlooking private backyard, with en-suite and luxurious bath, lie back and enjoy the sun sets with a drink by your side. A large walk in robe at your disposal.

The east/front wing of the house has 2 large bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Perfect study/office that you may need to catch up on some work or just a quite place to relax.
Good size laundry with a washing machine.

Second living room can be set up for fold out sofa bed or just a space to relax and watch tv.

This quiet neighbourhood is always peaceful, even when bustling with activity in the warm days of summer. The village centre has several restaurants and shops open to the public. The beach is gorgeous at any time of the year, with beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The many walking trails, activities, and wineries around the Mornington Peninsula will keep you busy.
Our favourite things to do.
• Take stroll along the beach, walk up to Somers or Merrick beach. Ride a bike to Point Leo along the beach.
• Walk in the shade of pines along the cliff top and enjoy the tiny fairy walks.
• Have dinner at Fontalina or Le Bouchon
• Take a drive to Flinders or relax at the natural hot springs.
• Paddle board around the bay, kayak or surf. I am happy for you to share my equipment.
