Our Garden House is at the back of our garden. The cottage looks a bit like a Tiny House. It is completely insulated and equipped with heating. There is also a toilet, a shower and a sink in the garden house. There is a fully fitted kitchen. There is WiFi available.
There is sleeping accommodation for 4 people.
There is a terrace in front of the garden house with garden chairs (with cushions) and a table. Furthermore, our garden is private. It cannot be played in.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Breakfast is optional (€ 12,50 per person)
The Bronnenbos, in which we are located, is a unique area at the bottom of the moraine east of Nijmegen. Special plants such as, among others, the slender primrose and purple-leaved gold veil are found here. There is also an inhabited beaver castle in the Bronnenbos and you can find traces of the beavers in the area.
The hilly area of the moraine is a beautiful forest area with many hiking opportunities. Here you can see and hear many birds, for example the great spotted woodpecker, the black woodpecker and the green woodpecker. In our garden often come the great spotted woodpecker, woodpecker, greenlings and many more species. From the garden house you can also explore the Ooijpolder with its characteristic flora and fauna.
The garden house is somewhat lower than our house. As a result, we have to use a pump for the sewer system, also known as sani broyeur. This implies that nothing other than toilet paper may be thrown in the toilet. All other waste is not allowed in, so certainly not wet wipes and tampons and such.

Our street is small and narrow. There is also little space next to our house, we share the path with our neighbors.
Therefore there is no parking for your car at our house. Of course it is possible to unpack and unpack at the house, we are happy to help you carry your luggage.
You can park the car on the main road. There are good parking places there.
Bicycles can be placed at the house.
Since we ourselves have one dog, it is not possible to bring your pets.
Smoking is not permitted in the garden house.
The street is protected townscape and our garden protected landscape garden. It is therefore damaged terrain.
You can reach the center of Nijmegen in 20 minutes by bike.
There is a bus stop 5 minutes from our house. The bus (bus 80) goes to the center of Nijmegen and further to the NS station.
We are happy to give you tips for trips, walks and bike rides in the area.

You are welcome from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival.
