Positive: Really big apartment with 3 separate bedrooms, one big living room, separate bathroom. Air-conditioning in all rooms and in hall. 10 minutes walk to the main train station in Cannes. Nice, apartment with artistic flow and interesting vibe.

Negative: Just one small toilet (but separated from bathroom). As apartment was climatic and old, some of things were broken - not significantly impacted for living there but having in mind deposit- you never know. Deposit itself was also surprise - it was not given during the offer and 1.500 EUR was surprise. But in general was very nice stay.
