I have 1BR/2BR/3BR (sleeps upto 8) units available for Coachella/Stagecoach 2025. I have been renting for more than 10 years with excellent feedback. I have also listed the same in AirBnB/VRBO and you can book via them too with extra fees or book directly with me. You can pay directly to mevia Paypal (using credit card) or Zelle (preferred way). $200 initial deposit and you can pay the balance after you are satisfied by calling the resort directly.

Here's some more information about the resort..

WorldMark Indio is a timeshare resort with almost 400 units and only 6 miles away from Polo grounds. The units are of different sizes..1BR sleeps 4, 2BR 2 Bath sleeps 6 and 3BR 2 Bath sleeps 8. The photos link below has the room layout.

All units have a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, oven, utensils...everything ), washer+dryer, balcony/patio, dining room, big living room , TV with DVD player (living and bedroom). Comes with all the towels and linens. There is a King bed in the master bedroom, Queen in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom and Murphy queen bed in the living room. There is also a full size sofa and a loveseat in the living room...

The lazy river swimming pool at this resort is just marvelous......

This place is about 6 mile away from the polo ground (venue for Coachella/ stagecoach)

Shuttle: There is no official coachella shuttle. But in the last couple of years there was a hotel shuttle that charged $15 each way…with every 10 mins of service. Getting cabs is also very easy and they charge $20 each way. Or just show up in the reception area and get a free ride from other resort guests...

Worldmark is much better than individual homes as you know what you will be getting. The common area of Worldmark (2 swimming pools, convenience store, Spa, Games arcade room, pizzeria, 18-hole Golf course, Lazy river tubing, 24-Hr reception/check-in, hotel shuttle, 10 mins away) is something that individual homes cannot offer.
