The accommodation is spread over two levels: On the first floor there is a large dining room with fireplace, recreation area and kitchen. On the second floor there are seven bedrooms, all with private bathroom, TV and air conditioning (hot / cold) for a total of 16 sleeping places. Here you can enjoy quiet days of hiking in the surrounding private forest, a true natural paradise flanked by two streams, one of which forms a pond a few meters from the house and where trout sport fishing is available on request. Along the streams you can eat in picnic areas with barbecue. A bocce court is also at your disposal. On the property there is a fenced nature reserve with wild boars. This is a strategic base for visiting Calabria: A few kilometers away is the beautiful Cosenza with its wonderful historical center. In less than an hour by car you can reach the seaside resorts of Tyrrhenian Sea, Sila, the coasts of the Ionian Sea and the fantastic Pollino Mountains.
