We offer a comfortable, modern furnished 2 1/2 room apartment (55 square meters) with private entrance. The apartment has a lovely south facing terrace with private garden. Garden furniture for five people, recliner chairs, umbrella and barbecue. We provide you with a parking space at the house for your car as well as a stand for your bicycles. The towels for the bathroom, tablecloth and bed linen are provided free of charge. The final cleaning is included in the price. The apartment is only bookable for four nights or more. In the living / dining area is a pull-out couch (sleeping for two people) lying area 1.50 m x 2 m. Radio, CD player and a flat screen television and a dining table for 5 persons with a Tripp Trapp highchair. The bedroom with double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and a cot to 6 years (Paidi) is located in the basement, but with large windows. It is very bright and errreichbar via a spiral staircase. It has a nice Ankleidevorraum with large closet (there is also a window) .The apartment is beautifully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with oven and refrigerator. Feel free to use the coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a washer-dryer. The towels, tablecloth and bed linen are provided free of charge. On request we also provide duvets for allergy sufferers.It is a Non smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.
