Beautiful 2021 camper on a ranch | House in Centralia, IL

Come join us on the ranch and enjoy some amazing sunsets and sunrises. The camper is situated between our house and our barn. The camper is spacious inside and has an elegant color scheme to impress.

Camper is set for 2 adults and 2 kids. Additional charges for more than 2 adults or more than 3 kids will need to be charged an additional per night fee.

No visitors are allowed in the camper without prior permission. Approved visitors are for daytime hours only. Additional fees will be charged for unexpected guests. Any person staying over night that is NOT a part of the rental agreement will be a breach of rental agreement. The renter will be charged penalty fees and be subject to cancellation for breaking house rules.

Please wash your dishes, clean up any spills, maintain a sanitary space, (especially in the bathroom), and place all trash in trash bins outside.

ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL TO BE BROUGHT ONTO THE PROPERTY!!

DO NOT LEAVE THE PREMISES WITH WINDOWS OPEN IN CASE OF RAIN!

DO NOT LEAVE FOR THE DAY AND KEEP THE HEAT ON MAX….THIS WILL DEPLETE YOUR PROPANE TANK UNNECESSARILY. Please set heat to lower setting when you will be away for extended time.

We have a kottage kitchen menu for breakfast for your convenience. Be sure to order in advance as everything his made to order. Please message us for a current menu.

You will enjoy a spacious camper with an extra outdoor kitchen. The inside kitchen has dishes and utensils for cooking to make your trip less stressful.

The kiddos will enjoy books and toys in the extra large bunk area….which is amazing for lounging around before bed. Our back yard is set far off the road for kids to enjoy a safe area to play.

There is a large fire pit for a perfect evening roasting hot dogs and marshmallows…. This space could be shared by us .

THE HOT WATER TANK IS ONLY 6 GALLONS SO YOU MUST BE PREPARED. CAMPERS ALSO HAVE PORTABLE PROPANE TANKS TO RUN THE HEAT ON COLD NIGHTS.
