This home was built in 2007. It is 4000 square feet, on more than .75 acres. The master bedroom is on the main floor with a king-size bed, flat screen TV and french doors that lead to a huge lakeside covered deck. The master bath has a 5-foot by 5-foot shower with 2 shower heads, a Jacuzzi bathtub and a double sink vanity. The other 2 bedrooms are on the second floor and each has their own private bathroom. There is also a private sun deck on the second floor. The main floor has an open design with a huge living room/ dining room off of the fully equipped kitchen including a full size fridge, range/oven, dishwasher, microwave and a breakfast bar. There is also a blender, crock pot, toaster, and coffee maker. The kitchen is located next to the huge lakeside deck and has a large stainless steel grill and outdoor seating for dining or relaxing with a cold drink.
There is a wood constructed walkway that leads to the covered boat dock with electricity, lights, storage, and a huge sun deck on top.
