Positive: A lovely, comfortable, well-appointed house in a small garden setting just a few minutes walk to downtown Ventura's restaurants, shops, and historic sites, and a longer walk or short drive to the beach.

Negative: There was an ant issue that someone came by and addressed but it did recur, the hosts I imagine are working to correct this.

Summary: Lovely house, excellent location.
