Historic downtown home with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two living rooms with three couches, two kitchens and great outdoor spaces. 1/2 a block away from Washington Park, 3 blocks away from Grant Street Grocery, 1/2 mile walk to downtown. Room for air mattresses to accommodate additional guests. Kitchen features double ovens, 6 burner gas stove, seating for 8, plus an additional 4 in the connected dining room. Outdoor seating for 15, including lounge chairs, a hammock, gas grill and a lighted pergola. Master bedroom has a king bed, upstairs bedrooms have queen and twin beds, downstairs living room has a pull out queen sofa bed, and there are three comfy couches in the upstairs living room. Two bathrooms upstairs, one bathroom off the master in the basement. Plenty of room for parking (4 cars in the driveway, plus street parking). Airport pickup available for the Casper airport. If you are bringing children with you, toys and wagons can be made available upon request.
