Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, it comprises :
- four bedrooms with two double beds, two children's beds and a single bed;
- two functional bathrooms;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- a dining room with table and chairs ;
- and a lounge for relaxing after a day's hiking.

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and dedicated work areas.

For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Alarm, Wifi, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Oven, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Please note that meals can be taken in the courtyard.

You'll be staying in a lively shopping district.
There's a supermarket just a few minutes from the building for your everyday needs.

The apartment is close to two subway lines (3 and 11) and a bus line (96).

Here are some good addresses to recommend: Restaurant Soces, Les Buttes, Cadoret, Cave Bleue for good wine, etc.
There's also a very good Italian grocery store at the end of the cul-de-sac.

## Emplacement
All in all, it's a lively, popular and friendly district. It is characterized in particular by a large number of theaters and cafés-théâtres. There's something for everyone, from punk rock to ethnic music, especially in the Bagnolet area south of the cemetery and in Ménilmontant, around the Butte and the avenue of the same name.
The arrondissement's main tourist attraction is the Père-Lachaise Cemetery.
