In an antique decor in the heart of nature, come and enjoy the 3000 sq. ft. of space that this magnificent century-old house offers you. It can accommodate up to 12 people.

NEW: A 1100ft2 dog park with a few agility obstacles is now available for long hours of fun with Fido!

The large living room offers you different zones: 1 conversation area, 1 television area with a large sofa, 1 rest area with a view on the outside and a children's area with a table, coloring books and a blackboard. In the center of these spaces, there's an interior fireplace that will warm up the winter evenings.

With 4 bedrooms, this house is perfect for family, colleagues or friends.
Two of the rooms have a king bed. The other two have two queen beds each. The rooms are divided into 3 areas, all on the second floor but served by 3 different staircases, allowing each to have their own space. One room with a king bed is in a separate gable, as is one of the rooms with two queen beds. The central area has two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with two queen beds) and a bathroom with bathtub.

A second bathroom with a large shower is located on the first floor.

Its billiard room and foosball table, in addition to its outdoor spa open all year round with a view of the lake, promise great moments.

The dining room, open to the kitchen, hosts a large wooden table where all guests can share dinner.

Its large rooms offer space for everyone, whatever their age.

To enjoy the outdoors, you will find a large gazebo with a table that can accommodate 10 people as well as a propane bbq available year round. Continuing on, there's a huge 600 sq. ft. lakeside terrace with an outdoor fireplace and a spa, available year round. What could be more pleasant than watching the snow fall on the lake and the surrounding countryside from the warmth of the spa in winter?

You'll also be able to discover our 34 acres of land and its private lake (only our 2 chalets have access to it), in summer and in winter.

The property is equipped with a high speed fiber internet connection and a television with Prime Video. Board games and a library filled with all kinds of books are also available.

An electric vehicle charging station is also available on site (shared with our other chalet on site, the Chic Bohème & Spa).

Snowmobile trails are right on the property's doorstep and ATV trails are only a few steps away. You can reach them directly from the house.

In winter,snowshoes are available to explore our snowy terrain.

In summer, watercrafts and life jackets are at your disposal on the lake (paddle board, rowboat and kayak).
