إيجابي: Staff was wonderful, the location amazing and the building and facilities were great. Wonderful breakfasts. Excellent balcony on the rear for breakfasts and meals. We were in a family group and had booked 3 of the 5 rooms - everyone was very comfortable and happy with their rooms. Thanks for an awesome stay!!!

سلبي: Two things to improve on: 1. Please add tea and coffee facilities inside the room. 2. All room access is via stairs only, no lifts. Although this wouldn't have impacted our booking, would have been nice to know for room selection. Third bedroom (triple) also has a second set of stairs up to the bedroom/bathroom. Please note this detail on your room booking apps.
