Positive: The White Mountains are amazing and an excellent family vacation spot.

Negative: Host was unresponsive to issues. It's a corporate owned property, so you deal with automated systems bouncing around and hope someone gets back to you. We were having issues with the televisions, so I reached out. Once they finally responded, they said someone would be by to take care of the issue. that was 4 days before the end of our vacation. They never came to fix the issue...
