The Villa Beatrice is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and also active vacationers who want to go on hiking and biking tours (also in spring and autumn). 'Villa Beatrice' can accommodate four people.

The villa has a beautiful community swimming pool with steps. The terrace is protected from the sun by an electric awning. Sun loungers are located on the manicured lawn.

The living/dining area is very elegant and generously furnished. There are also two cozy double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and a bathroom with marble tiles. The floors of the villa are covered with ceramic tiles. The upscale interior is very tasteful and of high quality in all areas. In front of 'Villa Beatrice' there are beautiful outdoor seating areas - partly covered - and the garden area is with sunbathing area and the pool.

The beautiful villa is in the village of DRANO in the municipality of Valsolda (CO). This picturesque, historic little location is about 400 m above Lake Lugano.

On the property, offset to the side, there is a smaller holiday home, the Villetta Beatrice (not visible). The two properties can also be rented together and thus offer enough space for eight people. A larger family or friends will feel at home here.
