Apartment with lots of character renovated and decorated by an architect. You can enjoy its brightness and calm during your stay. It has been designed with high-end services to satisfy the least of your desires. The apartment is located on the Third floor with an elevator.
Housing
This fully renovated and equipped apartment can accommodate up to 4 people with a bedroom equipped with a double bed (160x190), a second bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x190). For your confort, the apartment offers two private bathroom and one independent toilet. You will benefit from the entire apartment and will be free to use all the facilities. Unlimited internet, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine and many more.
Travelers access
Access to the entire accommodation (is not shared with the owner).
Other remarks
The cleaning costs include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure but also the household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
You will only be given one set of keys for your stay.
You will be asked to show an original version of your ID in person upon arrival when you collect the keys.
I will welcome you at the apartment the day of your arrival. Don't hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20 €
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No check in after 11 pm will be done.
When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it upon arrival.
Cleaning fees will be billed to you a second time if you do not respect the departure deadline.
