This is a fantastic and cozy 2 bedroom apartment for families, professionals, and anyone looking for an Austin getaway or long term stay. Ideal for working remote, vacationing, or having a centrally located home base during music festivals and events.

The living room has a 70" smart TV and all new furniture. The kitchen features a full-size fridge and oven plus all new appliances + coffee maker. Your laundry room is equipped with brand new full size washer and dryer for your convenience, and the bathroom has a full size tub. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed and a 55” TV, and bedroom 2 has a queen bed and desk/workstation. Kick back and relax in this duplex and enjoy the flat screen in your living room and bedroom. The sofa can sleep one person, and there is a twin memory foam fold-out sleeping mattress for additional guests.

Property: Please note that this is a triplex - your apartment is entirely private, however there may be guests staying in the unit next door (there is one shared wall). There is also a shared patio in the front yard.

There are TONS of bars, cafes, and restaurants within just a few minutes drive.

There is parking for two cars on the property, and free street parking for any additional vehicles. Please park and brake on the sloped gravel on the right hand side when facing the house.

No need to worry about keys, as you'll receive a unique code to access the smart lock.
