5 Bedroom House with TV, Oceanfront and Security
The Lighthouse Dunes LLC, a vacation rental home, began in 2018 after total renovation was completed.
All new furnishings throughout the house including 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (all new- with custom glass sliding shower doors) accommodate family and friends for reunions, golfing groups, weddings, business events, fishing and more.
There is a different view of the ocean, the river, the harbor, restaurants etc from every room in our home.
West side of house exterior stairway leads from ground up to the front door and main deck of our home. Guests have complete access to the Timbertech front deck and the entire deck surrounding the house. There is also a breaking ocean spray at high tide off our property's new seawalls located at the NW and North sides of the house.
**Walk to restaurants and shops, only a block away.
Fishing boats are seen coming and going on a daily basis. Also charter a boat for a day of deep sea fishing.
***World renowned Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is located only a couple of miles from our home!
The house is surrounded by nature's habitats including birds and fish of all species, seals, otters and bald eagles. Take a relaxing stroll while bird watching. Easy walking routes from the house west on Jetty Rd to the Pacific Ocean beach or east to Old Town. Drive a short distance to Bullard Beach State Park located across the Coquille River to the north.
