إيجابي: The inside of the villa is nicely decorated and modern. The location is good, very peaceful and quiet and within easy distance of Santanyi, Ses Salines, Campos and the cost. Nearby Es Llombards is a pretty village with a few bars and restaurants and if you like the beach Cala Santanyi and Cala Llombards are both beautiful.

سلبي: The villa really lacks home comforts - minimal pillows, no lamps in living space, sheets too small for the beds so kept coming off - this was rectified 9 days into stay - old, tatty, small towels etc. The large windows in the living area have no blinds and despite aircon this part of the house is uncomfortably warm in the mornings in full sun. In the bedroom the door to the outside didn't lock, key missing, so to keep secure we had to keep the shutters closed. As there were no slats in shutters and no other windows in the room this made it very dark. We made them aware of this several times but was never addressed. Outside pretty at the front but only outside seating is in a concrete courtyard at the back with little views and no greenery - this area was also very dirty with lolly sticks, rat droppings and general debris so hadn't been cleaned before we arrived. Also very hard and uncomfortable seats and no where to sit in the shade. Some very basic cushions were provided when we asked but some more comfortable seats under the covered part of outside area would make a huge difference. BBQ too rusted to use and they insist it must be cleaned after use but no tools or cleaning materials are provided - they did bring a new grill when we complained. The pool is a reasonable size but the steps are very deep and the pool itself is too deep to be heated by the sun so always very cool - a shallower pool would be better as would have been warmer and also more usable for families as there is no shallow part - it's over a meter deep straight off the steps and gets deep very quickly being 1.8m at it deepest end. We found the villa a bit unwelcoming when we arrived - we have done many villa holidays and usually there are a few useful bits such as oil, a bit of washing up liquid, hand soap etc left by the family before but the villa had been stripped - we even had to buy a dishcloth as there was literally nothing. Could be amazing with a little more thought!
