As you're coming down the winding driveway, you'll notice the wrap-around front porch filled with rocking chairs and love seats and you will know this is the perfect place for your stay. This home boasts an open-concept kitchen and family room which comfortably seats over 20 people. The hideaway sleeps 15+ and is stocked with ANYTHING you could need. Fully finished basement, & private back deck with hot tub and fire pit! Great for watching the starry sky and making s’mores. There are 4 recliners and a thermostat-controlled fireplace. Lots of large windows for viewing the Flint Hills and the vast array of wildlife that ventures through the property. If the weather does not cooperate for your outdoor plans, don't worry. There are 2 closets filled with toys and games, a ping pong table, a foosball table, tons of DVDs and plenty of other activities to keep everyone entertained. This home will comfortably sleep 15, not counting air beds. Enjoy a nice one-mile walk around the neighborhood.. I loved this home and just want others to get to enjoy it as much as I do. I got married moved, and only spend a portion of my time in Manhattan now. Help me keep the memories flowing on this little 10-acre slice of Heaven where I raised my 3 boys. You will love it here!
