Despite the rural location, you can reach Lucerne in 30 minutes by bus or train and Bellinzona in 35 minutes. The nearest bus stop is 200 metres away and the train station is a 5-minute walk. In 5 minutes by car you can be at Lake Uri with its bathing beach in the nature reserve, in 30 minutes in Andermatt or in the Schächental for skiing, cross-country skiing or hiking. The nearby mountains with the most cable cars in Switzerland and the Swiss Path along Lake Uri invite you to go hiking, mountaineering, cycling and biking.
