ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ANYWHERE IN THE HOME OR ON THE PREMISES. Your violation fine may be in excess of $5,000 or more per occurrence and an immediate notice to vacate the property will be served for any party, noise or police complaint. Any fine levied against the landlord by the Police or City related to tenants’ conduct (noise/music/parties/disruptive behavior) will be billed to tenant and the entire security deposit will be forfeited.

Any cited noise violation carries during the stay carries the maximum possible City fine of up to $5,000.00 which will be taken from the deposit.

Guests must provide photo ID upon check-in. Guest that books must be the one checking in.

No smoking inside the house. The fine is $1,000 per occurrence and will be taken from security deposit.

No outside music/DJ equipment. Breaking this rule will be immediate grounds for removal and loss of deposit.

Cars must drive slow and cautious in the neighborhood. Absolutely no revving the engine and speeding down the street.
