What stood out most was their consistency — they didn’t just help at check-in, they supported me throughout my entire stay. They assisted with everything from tours and transportation to local recommendations, and always replied quickly with a friendly, professional tone. The location is excellent as well — an easy walk to Poblado station and close to everything you need. What really sets Gres apart is how they handle real situations. At one point I was in a bind waiting for my bank cards, and the team went above and beyond to help me out without hesitation. That level of trust and care is rare. This isn’t about flashy luxury — it’s about people who truly look after you and make your stay easy and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.
