Walking distance to restaurants and shopping in Auburn and Lewiston, minutes from Bates College and Central Maine Healthcare. 30 - 40 minute drive to mountains, beaches, Portland or Augusta. Separate private entrance and parking. Urban environment with associated urban noise.

Two room private apartment - one room has a full size bed and seating area, the other room has a bath with shower and kitchen with dishwasher, 4-burner glass topped range/oven, refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, 4-cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, pots, pans. A small counter with stool seating is in this area and could be used for dining or working. Coffee, tea and a few snacks, basic cooking spices provided.
