Travel Purpose: business

Positive: House was neat and clean, in a quiet, quintissential-Cape neighborhood with walking access to waterfront. Location provided easy access to local points of interest and easy access to main roads for travel to outer-Cape adventures.

Negative: Strong unpleasant odor inside the house was present throughout our stay (smelled like mold), one of the twin beds had just a box spring (not a mattress), AC worked sporadically (last night we could not get it to turn on in evening)

Summary: Lots of potential but fell short of expectations given the cost.
