This fabulous and historic mansion sits on a gentle hill overlooking the Arkansas River in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This majestic example of Gothic Tudor architecture offers a gourmet kitchen, a huge master suite complete with his and hers bathrooms, a living room, fireplace and palatial walk-in closet, an elevator, six guestrooms and nine-and-a-half bathrooms. The 15,900 square-foot-home sits on nearly 3 acres just south of downtown Tulsa. On the National Registry of Historic Places, it is an icon that represents the heyday and history of Tulsa in the 1920s and 30’s.
The lower level entertainment lounge boasts a pool table, shuffle board and wine bar and opens up to a fabulous terrace overlooking the Arkansas River, beautifully landscaped gardens and three spring fed ponds, known as the “McBirney Springs.”
The Mansion was completely restored between 2014-2016. The restoration maintained all historic features while adding every modern convenience.
